Nordsee in Berlin

The NORDSEE. The restaurant is in Schloßstr. 23, in 12163 Berlin. In this respect, the aforementioned restaurant provides its guests with fresh fish and delicious fish products. The focus is on competence, enthusiasm and tradition, as well as sustainable use of fish as a resource. I drank a coke there and ate an Alaska pollock fillet with potatoes. Both were very delicious. The staff is very friendly, helpful, socially competent and very valuable. I am happy to recommend this excellent address to others! Only what is left! I can no longer hear this sentence from you, we were there yesterday at 6 p.m. (1 hour before the shop closed) (updated 1 week ago according to the owner) and it is actually said that we are closing at 6 p.m. Workers are too good to throw 1 fried fish in the fryer .. no matter which branch 2 hours before closing time you never get what you want because everything is already tidied up

Absolutely unprofessional and unfriendly staff, Nordsee has nothing to do with customer loyalty, you just deal with the customers without a friendly smile or respectful behavior towards the customer. The Asian seller was so cheeky that I asked him in a moment if he makes fun of me, because every question was answered cheekily and laughed. The boss should seriously consider giving training in customer friendliness.

Our salvation in Corona times. Everyone in the family finds what they like. Currently only to take away, of course, but there are benches and small parks around Schlossstrasse. Or you just eat at home. Thanks to the hard-working staff who gave everything in this difficult time!

Price / performance ratio is ok, just North Sea. Employees seem to be very stressed, which you shouldn't let customers feel ... that's why "only" 3 stars.

Unfortunately, the fried fish roll was very, very dry and I took 4 pieces with me. Tartar sauce very sparingly on top ... lettuce leaf also quite small. Too bad does not correspond to the actual North Sea quality see photo. :(

Totally sad! Despite opening hours and full display, the shop was closed. 3 employees ignored 6 people knocking on the windows. I like the food - but the customer service was terrible!

The appetizingly prepared food is of good to very good quality. You can taste the quality. The price-performance ratio is right.

No recommendation. I wanted to go to the North Sea again today. My daughter and I were there about 7.30 p.m. As a precaution, I first asked if there was anything else. The answer was a mumbled "not much" without looking in my direction. "Det is Balin" could be said. But that would be too easy for me: this is unprofessional, it is better. With all due understanding for the difficult fate of the employees ... If I want to sell something, I should try to behave as the customer might want. (Greetings, eye contact, smile, give the impression that the customer is welcome - something like that) Not everyone can do that; But then he doesn't have to work in such a job. I'm pretty humorless now and don't try to impose my money on someone for long and just go somewhere else. Now I've just seen that there have been some reviews here in the last few weeks that criticize the unfriendliness and listlessness of the employees. In that context, Nordsee's answers (probably computer generated) are really funny! That will be discussed ;-) I would be alarmed by such customer feedback. And since they haven't just existed since yesterday, I think that wanting to address them is not very credible. I now have 10 min. sacrificed precious lifetime, for which the North Sea should be grateful. Since this is most likely not the case, I might at least spare one or the other a disappointment. ;-))

On the one hand, I have to say that the Corona rules are not really enforced in this restaurant, so you should think about whether you want to eat there beforehand. In addition, all of the staff except for one young man were very rude so overall not to be recommended.

I wanted to buy fish at Nordsee for the first time today, I checked the opening times on the internet. Open at 10 a.m., was there on time and stood in front of the closed door. At the bottom of the shop window the note Snacks from 10 a.m. the shop opens at 11 a.m., great. I ran 2 KM there and back for free. I could have bought a fish sandwich as a consolation, but then I didn't want to have it anymore. Since I only let myself be fooled once, they'll never see me again. I can get fish elsewhere too!

We liked being customers, we liked to eat in the shop and then took something to take away. Unfortunately, the staff is unfriendly, unmotivated, and often in a bad mood. Eating out in the shop is no longer fun. The taste has subsided, as has the portion size. It's too hectic in business, tables often not cleared and dirty. Toilets weren't clean. We like to shop at Nordsee, now only to take away. It's a shame what has become of this branch

The store is just 08/15. The food is okay, the staff are very friendly, and it is often quite crowded and uncomfortable here. This North Sea definitely has more potential and room for improvement.

Unfortunately, you hardly noticed anything directly from fish. Far too much breading and the fried potatoes cold and very fatty. I cannot recommend it

I found erything so tasty and fish is not even my thing. You can also find non fried dishes, much healthier and still yummy 👍

The food was good, bit unfortunately the employee was very rude and you could see that she works there very reluctantly only.

Ate fish and chips and Bremer burger. Too much fat. Under the oily fat crust it was really hard to enjoy the taste of shrimps and fish.

Personell is kind, food is good (although a bit pricy), spinach were a bit too raw.

The staff worked last Wednesday, May 23rd. a bit misplaced, but still very friendly. There was an unusually long wait. However, the menu was delicious. Tables were clean and well maintained. Work should possibly be much more structured in the future.

As I am nowadays only a visitor to Berlin I can not say "in general", but the succulent fish in generous helping size I had for lunch in November 2017, was what I remembered from my Berlin days. Recommendable for someone who likes fish.
